"Received the Vogue Williams Leggings..."
I got my hands on the Vogue Williams collection leggings, but you can only wash 'em by hand in cold water, which is kinda annoying for workout gear. They're super thin, not supportive in the least, and the inner thigh area has started to pill quite a bit. At €75, I find that pretty outrageous for the quality. I've tried reaching out multiple times to share my frustration and maybe get some kind of resolution for such a pricey pair of leggings, but I've heard nothing back!!

"My Experience with a Cashmere Leisure Suit from Lucy Nagle"
I got myself a cashmere leisure suit from Lucy Nagle, and after just 6 weeks of wearing it indoors, a hole appeared on the sleeve. I reached out to them, and after a couple of weeks, I finally got a response with washing instructions for my MERINO wool suit! They didn’t even give me a chance to return it so they could check out the hole. Instead, I was just told how to wash it, like I didn’t already know! When I asked them to confirm that I had indeed bought cashmere and mentioned that another hole had popped up on the body of the jumper, their reply suggested it could be caused by a belt, jewelry, or even moths! Seriously?! Overall, it was a terrible customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying cashmere from this company. Honestly, it feels subpar. I won’t be buying anything else from them again.

"Be Careful with Machine Washing"
I purchased some cashmere sweaters from Lucy Nagle that were advertised as safe for machine washing. I followed the care instructions to the letter, but both sweaters ended up shrinking in the 30-degree delicate cycle. The shrinkage was pretty noticeable; they became too short in the arms and felt tight after just one wash. Dealing with their customer service for a refund was a real hassle, and I felt like my concerns were brushed off. Eventually, I managed to get my money back through a small claims court. If you're thinking about machine washing these cashmere items, I'd suggest being cautious... hand washing seems like a better option, but that’s not why I bought them. Overall, a disappointing experience with customer service.

"Caution with machine washing"
The sweaters I bought from Lucy Nagle were supposedly machine washable cashmere. Despite following the washing instructions carefully both sweaters shrank in the 30 degree machine wash delicates/hand wash cycle. The shrinkage was significant enough as they were too short on the arms and tight after first wash. My experience as a customer dealing with them to get a refund was very tricky and I felt dismissed in my claims. In the end I secured a refund through a small courts claim process. I would advise caution if you intend to machine wash these cashmere products … hand washing would be a safer bet but I was not buying them on that basis. Disappointing customer service experience

"Still no refund after almost two months..."
I'm still hanging on for a refund after close to two months. I sent back two packages on November 29th, and so far, I've only gotten my money back for one of them. I've received just one response to all my emails, and it totally missed the mark. I've purchased a bunch of stuff from them over the past 15 months, and let me tell you, the customer service has really gone downhill.

"Still waiting for a refund after nearly…"
Still waiting for a refund after nearly two months. I returned two parcels on Nov 29th and to date only received a refund for one. I've had one answer to all my emails, which completely missed the point anyway. I've bought multiple items from them over the last 15 months or so and the customer service has gone from great to terrible in that time.
